We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with 5-7 years of experience in financial management and accounting. The ideal candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making

Skills Required

• Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field; CPA or similar certification is a plus
