We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with 5-7 years of HR expertise in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management & compliance with HR Policies


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full employee life cycle from recruitment to off boarding across multiple sites
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices tailored to the construction industry
  • Coordinate with site managers to understand workforce needs and address HR-related issues
  • Manage the company's talent acquisition strategy, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Monitor employee performance and provide support professional development
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations applicable to the construction industry
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team on people-related initiatives
  • Maintain employee records and handle all HR-related documentation and reporting

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in Orissa
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using HRIS and productivity software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
